This package includes, business articles, company financials, credit checks, director details, international data, legal compliance, market research, products and suppliers, statistics and trademarks,
The key to the service is your access to the expertise of our staff and resources to solve your problems, as well as customised reports from major information suppliers.

How is it Delivered?
Simply phone our team who either provide the answer or email reports to you. Most enquiries are turned around within fifteen minutes. Reports like company financials, credit checks, market research can be emailed while you are still on the phone!
We open for business 63 hrs a week, 9 – 8pm week days and 9 – 5pm Saturday.
Costs
There are two formulas for fees;
Our minimum set fee is £950 per annum for unlimited use of the service for one year. The starting price is based on a calculation as to how often you will use the service and what type of enquiry you will be making. In the second and subsequent years, this fee is based on the reality of the usage statistics for the service.
We can also cost on a per person basis for larger organisations, where they want a large number of staff or members to have direct access to our services. This fee is negotiable based on numbers involved, types of enquiry and the likely usage.
Pay as You Go
If you feel that your level of enquiries do not need the package offered then you can still use Information Direct as a pay as you go service. We act as a broker and charge mainly for time, rather than information, with all discounts being passed onto the customer. This puts our prices on average 50% below our competitors. Information Direct exists to provide specialised services to our customers, such as mailing lists, benchmarking, company formation and bespoke research, that are not within our outsource package.

LIBRARIES/INFORMATION UNITS
Do you want new services that generate income, deliver real targets, attract new customers and save you money? Suffering from Budget Cuts?
Our outsourcing service is already helping 25 local authority and corporate libraries do all of the above. Part of the library service in Birmingham since 1919, we understand the challenges libraries face, we are one. Our outsourcing deals are priced with public library ethics in mind and as we are not for profit, all revenue raised goes back into the service further benefiting customers.
Experience shows that cancellation of some of the more traditional hard-copy pays for our service to provide an authority wide service generating income, customers and new services. No staff training is required and you can even charge other departments for your new services.
The basic package starts as low as £950 per annum for unlimited use and includes market research, company reports, credit checks, articles, legal compliance, start up, jobs and director information. You run the service as you see fit and have the right to sell on reports, charge for added value or deliver fee services within your organisation. It’s up to you!
It’s like having a specialised library at your command that is only a phone call away,
the same way most county or city library services share work for their specialist services.
ORGANISATIONS
Need business information to achieve your aims? Want all your staff to have access to business information but find it too expensive? Need information you can pass onto customers? Missing opportunities and taking risks through lack of information about customers, legal compliance, suppliers, new products, credit checks? Want to cut costs but stay up to date?
For organisations we outsource our services to the membership and staff or to a dedicated team within the organisation. It’s up to you how you use the service but it has the potential to save you up to 75% of your existing information costs, improve your business, deliver real bottom line benefits and be a powerful tool in recruiting new members.
Enquiries and reports can be accessed by individuals anywhere in the country.
Some organisations use this to empower their workforce – for example: up to date briefs on directors and companies for the sales team, market research reports for the marketing team, legal updates for all mangers.
Others provide our services as benefits to members who can for example:
use business start up information, business skills know how, details of products and suppliers, legal compliance and intellectual property to name just a few.
It’s up to the organisation to decide how to use the service, whether to use some of it as a value added fee service for customers, a benefit for members, a tool to empower staff and drive the business forward, or even a combination of all three.
