Business Insight is now an accredited Enterprise Agency and belong to the NFEA. NFEA is a network of independent, not for profit, Local Enterprise Agencies committed to responding to the needs of small and growing businesses by providing a range of appropriate quality services. |

SFEDI
Business Insight have 10 accredited Business Advisers with more being trained at present. Our Advisers have all met the SFEDI standards. SFEDI finds leading practice in Enterprise Development, and develops standards from that. |

Business Insight have met the criteria for Charter Mark.
Charter Mark is a registered certification mark, owned by the Government Communications Group in the Cabinet Office. It is a positive force for change and customer service improvement. |

Investors in People
Business Insight have met the Investors in People Standard.
This is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people. Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people. |

Business Insight has achieved a first for Birmingham City Council and UK Library services by being accredited to the Customer First quality standard.
